Hi! I’m Katy and I’m so glad you’ve found my site. I’m ready to dive in with you to find the results in personal and professional growth that you were meant to discover.
Passionate. My husband, Jonny, and I wrangle three kids and one wild beast, aka Myla, our lab. I am proud farmer’s daughter, who holds the values and morals I learned on the farm close at heart.
“The grass is greener where you water it.” This is a quote from John C. Maxwell that I hold dear. As a certified Maxwell Coach and Facilitator I continue to learn and grow professionally and personally.
Working with youth is my second passion project. I’m the director of Junior Leadership Columbiana County, where we focus on learning about our county, leadership, personal growth and career exploration.
This joy of learning trickles into all aspects of my life, through preparing Sunday School lessons to working with teams as the Director of Engagement at Compco.
